You need to contact Dell tech support they are the only one has access to the master password of your computer.
Call 800 6249896 and ask for Level 2 tech support :o)

Ryan, I have the same problem as the above post on an Inspiron 8500 laptop. Service tag: H70B631 , system gives this system number at bootup: #H70B631-595B. Thanks, but I basicly do not need any data from this computer. I just want to reinstall clean WinXP. So, I agree to clean ALL INFORMATION, PASSWORDS AND DATA including BIOS and HDD. Dell needs proof of ownership first to send Master Password, but I am the 4th owner and don't have one. Is any not expensive hard or soft methods to clean/flush the BIOS or erase passwords at all and start from the very beginning? Thanks in advance.
