Check the transfer roller assy and the transfer belt sensor cover

Re: error code 0094 on a Konica Minolta C35

Make sure the second transfer release solenoid isn't hanging up due to the pad that's there to minimize noise. See the attached pic. This pad had gotten sticky enough that it was delaying the action of the solenoid. Took a lot of service calls to figure this out!

The second transfer roller is bad or missing or the clutch and solnoid are bad. also check the plastic cover that you have to pull down when replacing the transfer belt

Can you be more specific? what model Kohler is it, Model number KW etc.

Code has to deal with 2nd Transfer roller the sponge looking roller across from the transfer belt
