Sounds like by default you pick up intercom depends on what flexible access code 14 would do... Or even 1.. Some people use one to transfer directly to voicemail.. So maybe your sending an air out call to extension 40 to voicemail.. Unlikely but no way to know unless you know what flexible access code is.
Okay, 3 & 6 are your magic numbers... Turn dial left a couple turns, as you get to "0", push the bottom of the handle gently to the left (clockwise) and as you get to 3 you'll feel a bump, stop and while keeping light pressure on the handle, turn dial right to 6 & ta-da it's open.

Somewhere in your user's manual you will have code instructiohns for CALL FORWARD. It starts with 71. In a TA series it's 711+ext+#. In a TD 710x+ext+#. The conditions vary, and the TA has very limited forwarding codes 1/2/3
In a TA you can also press the FWD button and dial 1+ext+#.Your other choice is 2.
Both of those are done while listening to intercom dial tone.
OK, enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask u to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed If you had locked your mobile then update the formware all saved passwords will be deleted.
Call into your unit, press the * key twice, enter your pin and listen to the menu options. If you need the manual, you can go to www.cordlessrepair.com for a free download. In the meantime, if you forgot your pin you will need to reset the pin and choose a new one since remote admin will not work with the default pin of 0000.
