Well, I've read in the manual, that you have to just click the flip panel button and it should eject automatically, but it doesn't. All it does it just flips open the face of the stereo an stops playing, as if it shuts off.. I got it this way, and there's a CD in it that I'd like to remove.. Please give me some advice or something..
Well the owner manual says to press button 9 and then flip down the face of the radio and it eject the cd. not just flip the face down . here is a link to the eject instructions..how to eject the cd on a miami beach cd51 have more questions email me at [email protected]
Testimonial: "The button 9 is the button that flips open the panel. I've read the manual, and I'm thinking it might be a hardware issue. If I could just find out where's the trigger for the CD ejection, I might be able to fix it if its broken or maybe just needs some adjustments, but for now, I don't even know what triggers the ejection. Is there a button that presses it self when the panel flips open or something, that is what I need :) but thanks either way for replying."

The player is having problems reading the CD. This can be for several reasons. Remove the CD and see if a different one has the same problem. This way you can find out if it’s the player or just the CD. Wipe off the smudges on the back of cd. If cd has too many scratches or smudges it won’t play. There can be many other reasons why it doesn’t play.
CD Drive Tray problems There are two ways to open the CD drive door if the button just below the drive tray does not work. Go to My Computer and right click on the drive and click on Eject. If this does not work then you can manually open the CD drive tray by - Straighten a paper clip and gently insert it into a tiny hole below the drive tray next to the Eject button. Push the paper clip gently until the drive tray pops out, then pull the tray until it is fully out, then you can remove the CD disc. If you still having problem opening with the Eject button, then the CD drive is faulty and needs replacing.
What you might try is going to "My Computer" or "Computer", right clicking on the CD drive, and clicking "Eject". If that doesn't work, go find yourself a fairly small paper clip, stretch it out, and use it to poke that little hole on the disc drive itself that is a manual eject device.
Resolution
Tip: Make sure the CD or DVD disc is not in use. Quit all applications that are using files on the disc.
Press the Media Eject key at the top-right corner of the keyboard.
If that doesn't work, drag the disc's icon to the Trash.
If that doesn't work, restart the computer, then hold down the
mouse button or trackpad button while the computer is starting up, until
the disc is ejected.
To restart, choose Restart from the Apple menu.

You need to flip the front panel down first and there will be an eject button on the inside of the panel. If this is not working try pressing the tiny reset button which is left of the ATT button.
This is normally as sign that the writer is faulty, especially if ejecting on your pc's start up.
Just go through this first to check if it's just a driver fault.
Go to my computer>properties>hardware>device manager and look down the list for your cd/dvd drives and click the '+' sign then highlight your dvd drive and right click to delete.
Restart the pc and windows will find the drive again automatically and install the drivers
