you may just need to do a Hard Reset or check to make sure that your iPad's Airplane Mode switch is turned Off.

Are you sure of Wifi password is correct?
if so, 1st; try restarting your ipad by holding down power/sleep button untill it show "Slide to shut down" leave it off for 10 seconds & then re-open it.enter the Wifi -password, sometimes this step works.

2nd solution ; try resetting your iPad network settings, it will not affect your ipad in any thing except it will forget all entered passwords for any wifi you have already connected before. go to General from Setting, choose resett, and inside only reset network setting, shut down ipad & try to connect to the wifi again. Hope this solution work for you. Also you may try shutting down & opening your router again after 10 seconds while off. Good Luck.

AirDrop uses Bluetooth. Is ur printer Bluetooth capable?

if its an iPad/iPhone go to your settings App and on top of the settings list touch the button to slide

The problem may be related to 4 things. The first two would indicate you having no internet access whatsoever.

1. Your Wireless on the iPad is not connected or shut off. The simple quick check is to look for the three gray bars in the top left. If they don't show then your likely not connected to a Wireless Network. If that is the case see if your Wireless is even turned on. To do so go to settings > Wi-Fi (ensure that it is on) > then choose your wireless network.

2. The airplane mode, it is possible that your iPad is in airplane mode, to check this look in the same corner as to where your wireless symbol should be and see if there is a little airplane. If that is the case go into your settings > airplane mode and turn it off.

3. The third option is that you are at a Wireless Hot Spot (Starbucks, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, or a hotel etc.) What they usually do is have you connect to your wireless network then having to agree to their wireless terms of use. Once you do that you get access to the rest of the Internet but only when you agree.

4. It could be that your router/internet connection isn't working. To test this it is easy if you have another computer/device that uses the internet. See if they can connect properly and if they do refer to answers 1 and 2 of mine.
