If the file is opened in Acrobat Reader you can not do editing. You have to use Acrobat Writer to do this.
If you do not have Acrobat Writer, you have to download a free PDF Creator.
If you are using a PDF writer to convert a word document to PDF format, save both files, that is- the Word document (or Excel worksheet) and the PDF file. This way, if you need to edit, you can go back to the original document and edit.

When I click to mail merge I get an error message as below.
That error can indicate that Mail Merge Toolkit is disabled in Microsoft Outlook.
To resolve the issue go to File / Options / Add-ins / Manage / Disable Items. Find and enable OutlookSenderAddin.dll
Next, go to File / Options / Add-ins / Manage / COM Add-ins. Find and enable Mail Merge Toolkit.
And restart Microsoft Outlook.

If all you are looking to do is write a DVD (ie, burn ordinary OS-managed files onto DVD, without transcoding, etc.), or write transcoded DVD-structured files, or an .iso image file, then don't even try to use Nero. Use ImgBurn, it is 500% better for those kinds of tasks, and it's freeware. I use it to burn DVDs but use Nero to transcode files and create the VIDEO_TS folder files. Burn error
You unit is faulty.. replace the unit with a new one. The CD Write Laser has probably "Burnt Out" or perhaps the "Quadrant Detector" has faulted.. either way a new unit is only way solve ya problem ... sry :(

YAMAHA CRW8424 gives Track following error..
PROBLEM DEFINITION: Basically, it is a hardware error that occurs when a drive is not capable of following a data track on a CD-R or CDRW or on the other hand, poor power flow may cause the problem SOLUTION: 1. Try use another disc, a disc with a different band. 2. If one doesn't work, you may have to open your system and use a different power connector, making sure no other devices are using the power connector in the same strand. 3. Lastly, if neither the above doesn't work, you may have to send your drive in for servicing as the head may be dirty or misaligned.
