It sounds like your converter box is malfunctioning. I would unplug it for a couple of hours and try it again. The manual for your converter box should have troubleshooting instructions which would cover any error codes the box may be displaying. If that doesn't help, I would contact the manufacturer of the converter box and see if they have any recommendations.

There is also one other thing that may be causing that. The remote for your converter box may have the power button stuck down. If your remote is malfunctioning, you can clean it with rubbing alcohol and a q-tip or microfiber cloth. If that doesn't fix the remote, then you can get a new remote from www.remotes.com.

Unfortunately, this isn't something that can be diagnosed from a remote location very easily. Hopefully one of these suggestions helps.

Your remote is only able to control TVs and DVD players. It will not control your DTV Converter Box.

Not a complete solution, but, around the last page (pg. 14) of your converter box manual there are codes listed for universal remotes. I happen to have a Philips remote that is listed. My code to control my dtv box is 0354. It appears that they have all codes listed for all Radioshack model universal remotes. I would suggest getting a Radioshack remote for Your "Digital Stream" (Radioshack) dtv box...

i can not get my tv to pick up a signal.I know my antena works i have tried it on other tvs.Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?
