I have a Mitsubishi WS-55807 55" rear projection that has a burned out IC chip # 275P497010 (7A00). The whole board with IC chip is #930B868001 and neither part is available.
I am looking at buying a VS-60603 60" rear projection that has a bad Deflection Bar (#930B846005) and "Blue Yoke DY" (#330P25801).
Would the deflection bar and blue yoke in my WS-55807 work in a VS-6063?
I had the same problem with my WS-55807 (the signal board, #930B868001, burned out). I contacted Mitsubishi Tech support and they said the part was no longer available. They offered me an in-store credit of $738 for a new TV. Seems ridiculous to me that they no longer have the IC board for this TV (it's less than 10y old!).

Change the whole board.
The IC is deffective it dead.
95% of the times the board with IC will dies. Boards with burn parts,will have to much juice to the IC it will die.
Convergence ICs are bad need to be replaced. You will need to replace both of them also check the resistors right next to the IC often 1 or 2 of them burn out when the IC goes.

Yes you would need to fill the CRT's fluid level back up. The liquid is Glycnol(Liquid anti-freeze) Poisonious yes is swallowed! So take precautions. You can get if from places like MCM electronics, Tritronics, bluestar-online.com, etc. It's called CRT coolant fluid. Yes and you would need to fix leak, probably a gasket or seal. Hope this helps!
Yes on some sets are a bit differant depending on the model number there is still a DM board. The disassembly is a bit different and the service manual will describe how to take apart the TV set to get to the DM board. The repair is the same for the DM board. I am sorry but I do not have the the service manual but one can be downloaded here:
