It looks like you paid over $100 for the watch, I suggest to give a try changing the battery. Actually if you take it to some watch repair shop.. some of them will NOT charge you if replacing the battery does not bring your watch back to life!
I hope this helps!

Cartier Women's Tank Watch

What has been the issue when the repairs have been done? My experience with Tanks is that any reputable watch shop will replace the battery for $20. I don't know why it has cost you so much, but if the model you have is an auto-winder, then there is no way to retrofit a battery - although for $600 someone may be able to change the internal watch out completely.

2006 Seiko Coutura Chronograph 100m stopped working. Is it worth changiing its battery?

If it's a men's watch it is still worth around $100 - $120 depending of which model, so it's still worth changing the battery my friend.

do you see there is a whole in the middle of the metal cap? try using your tweezers to create a lever and put just enough force that it pops open. You can also remove the whole thing out so it is easier to work with. Good luck!

I have recently bought the Diesel DZ7127 of a website and it was shipped form America to Australia, the 'Time 1' has completely stopped working for unknown reason? Time 2 works and the digital time works,...

It is likely to be a manufacturer fault. This happened with a watch I imported from tokyoflash.com the first time around. Get in contact with Diesel and/or the people you bought it off and make sure to send it back. You should hopefully have a warranty, as this is a faulty good. You have rights as an internet consumer.

My watch just stopped working, i take get care of it, never even wet...is it worth trying to fix, its only about 2 years old

It definitely is worth to fix. But I suspect that all you need is just a battery replacement. Don't forget, that before you purchased your watch, it was laying on dealers shelf for no one knows how long. Battery originally is fitted at Tag Heuer's workshop in Switzerland, and nobody was replacing battery when you bought the watch, so, it may have been in the watch for a year or even more before watch was sold to you.
