Hard to see from here but I've never known an HDMI cable to end with RCA leads. It just defeats the purpose. So that connection that looks like an HDMI most probably is a USB connection. Hard to see from that distance but sure I'm around the ball park on this one!

1. If you're persistent in your efforts, you'll eventually get the ball to
the hole, but there are tricks to streamline the process.
The large block in the puzzle is relatively limited in range of
movement, so you're going to have to do more work with the smaller and
more maneuverable blocks. If you focus on them and plan out a route,
things should go smoothly.
2. If you move the green block on the right down, you can fill the space
you create with a purple block from the right. If you can pull that off,
you'll be able to move the blue block in the upper left, which will
allow you to move the red ball out of its slot.
It may seem complicated, but give it a try.
3. There is no set solution to this problem.
Here's one way to start out. Move the lower-left purple blocks, then
slide the lower blue block to the left.
Next, drop the green block on the right down.
The rest is up to you.

However, I have found the following sequence if you can follow it to get it done in 21 moves:

Raise the left green and the big yellow block up into the center. Slide the bottom-right-most blue block all the way to the left. Drop and slide the other right-hand-side blue block as far left as it can go now. Drop the green block on the right down and into the right-hand nook. Slide one of the top blue blocks to the far right along with the yellow block and the right-hand blue block on the bottom. Drop the red ball all the way down to the bottom row. Move the left-hand green block up into the ball's starting slot and slide the yellow block all the way to the left. Move the bottom-right blue block up and the small purple one that blocks the hole. Now simply put the red ball into the hole.
