Cartridges #32 and #33 are not being accepted

My Lexmark X5410 will not accept the #32 black ink cartridge or the #33 color cartridge? The printer indicates wrong cartridge although box says they are the correct cartridges and they fit just fine into the slots. What is the solution here?

    I PURCHASED THE 32 BLACK INK CARTRIDGE AND IT KEEPS SAYING ERROR!!! I SERIOUSLY NEED MY PRINTER TO WORK ASAP. THE PRINTER IS NEW..THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I BOUGHT INK FOR IT. THE BOX SAYS IT WORKS FOR THIS PRINTER BUT IT SAYS INCORRECT CARTRIDGE!!!

Are they genuin lexmark cartridges or knockoffs? could be the printhead being clogged up aswell..if you can pull out the printhead (where the cartridges dock), see if theres gunk..if there is, carfully clean it...you can spray windex on a papertowel and let it sit on it overnight and it will allow it to be cleaned.

My printer doesn't want to print, it gives me this message on his small display: C 1 E. I want to mention that I have recently put in new cartilage, both black and color.
Did u use Lexmark cartridges if not Printer will not accept off brand or generic ink cartridges.

My lexmark X5410 will not accept the black and colored refilled ink cartridges from walgreens. It keeps reporting that the right cartridge is missing.
If you have refilled the cartridges 28 and 29, it's pretty normal that your printer won't print. Those cartridges are not for refill (they can be refilled, but won't work once the printer says they are empty). If you have refilled a 28A and 29A and it doesn't recognize the one of the cartridges, try removing them and clean the electric contacts with a dry cloth. Put them back in. If that doesn't help, I suggest you buy a new cartridge.

Ink Cartrdige Won't Print
it is because the cartridges are non refillable..... they have a memory chip in them and can not be refilled except by lexmark thru their recycle center

Looks like the #32 and #33 are not compatible with x5410. Check this link for cartridges that will work with your specific model: http://www.lexmarkstore.com/store/lexmark/DisplayProductFinderPage

On step1 - "Choose your printer type", select "All in one"
On step 2 - "Choose your printer model" select "Lexmark x5410"
On step 3 - see the list of compatible cartridges.

If you bought the cartridges from the store see if they will replace it for you. If that doesn't work try calling Lexmark customer support.

#14 black #15 color it has to be lexmark ink only...it will not accept any others.....if you have a walmart where you stay at they should have a little machine by the ink cartridges....use that...that is where i got this info from and my printer is printing just fine

Good day Sir,
Using the solution center provides help as well as information about the printers status and ink level. To open the solution center click Start - All Programs - Lexmark 2400 series select Sloution Center. The Solution Center consists of six tabs. look for maintenance tab and you will see how to install a print cartridge and how to troubleshoot other ink problems.

Try cleaning the copper plates and install back again if the same message pops up try single cartridge if the error exits with 2 cartridges ,replace the cartridge as lexmark cart has 1 year warranty..
