I do not think resetting to factory defaults will solve this problem, anyhow this is how to reset the X203 to factory defaullts. Turn it off, Kepp press?d keys "check mark" and "right arrow". Turn printer on, wait until some dots show in the panel and release the buttons. Enter CONFIG MENU, browse right/left until you reach Factory Defaults, press Select / Check mark. Done.

What the error means
A Printhead Error message indicates that the printhead (laser scanner) unit inside the printer is not working correctly.
NOTE: On the E250d(n) models, all service errors are signified by the flashing of all of the lights. If you still have the X7350 install disc, re-insert that in your hard drive to repair corrupted scan files/software.

This problem has something to do with java. Try updating your Java. If the Problem still persists. Try using a Virus scanner. These errors (0x00000015) can be triggered by malware hiding inside your computer. please check your computer for malware.
