You must have a direct internet connection or a WI-FI connection to the internet established on your tv. This is done in the set up menu. Once you have that then it will give you step by step instructions on how to access you movies/netflix
Did you set up a network connection (wired or wireless) to your home network on your TV ? Without that connection you will not get Netflix on your TV. Please read the instructions on how to do that in your User Guide/Manual.
That should be a warrantable problem. Check with your dealer. If you are trying to use Netflix some of the ISPs are putting in delays because they get no revenue from Netflix and the number of users is growing dramatically, it has become over 50% of the home usage from some ISPs. Start with the dealer, your warrenty should be good.
