You can follow this process:

Just Contact your Service Provider or customer care and ask for GPRS Setting for your Nokia 5130. Afterwards,they will sent you GPRS Setting, it will appear as SMS orText Message. You have to save it manually.

Thank you! My Nokia 5130 displays CONTACT SERVICE on the start up screen. I doesn't provide where to any of the resting codes! How can i reset my phone!
It looks like some damage has been caused to the software or the hardware. It happens even when water droplets go into the circuitary. Try to dry it and restart . If it doesn't work. Contact service personnel.

Press *#7370# to do full reset.
If this doesnt work for you, then the handset needs to be flashed with new firmware.
You can try Nokia software updater (download it free from Nokia website)
Failing that, you will have to take it to repair shop to be flashed using a service box.
