I have a rl Flowmaster Pro 2 gallon sprayer. The check valve blew out on the sprayer body. Where can I purchase a check valve assembly and how much does it cost. The assembly just screws into the tank body. Thank you Eli Peich

Make sure the tank pressure release is shut, or make sure the rubber o-ring under the pump is there. You should feel back pressure after a few pumps.

You need to consider what materials you will be spraying. Wet table powders and sprays with relatively high solids contents will work better with a diaphragm pump than a roller pump. For tanks, plastic should be fine unless you are spraying materials which will react with the plastic. If you are concerned about it getting banged around, consider welding a roll cage or some bumpers around the tank. With 2 acres to spray, the sprayer will not be getting heavy use, so you won't need super heavy duty equipment.

does it have an o ring at coupling, if not you pobably should try that first. or get a pair of pliers and tighten the heck out of it
