1. Power the Tablet off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down button of the device, then press and hold the Power button.
3. Continue to hold both buttons until a bootloader screen appears.
4. Wait for the prompt that says to "Press <VOL_UP>" then press the Volume Up button to start the process.
5. Navigate to Erase content.
All info on tablet will be deleted but not the info in the SD card
The tablet will complete the hard reset process and reboot into a factory default state.
Note 1: Make Device is Charged or plugged in and charge to at least 15% before attempting.
Note 2: Make sure Device is fully Turned off and NOT standby mode, before proceeding.
Steps 1: HOLD POWER AND VOLUME DOWN buttons at the same time for (in my case 6 to 10 seconds) until you see the PROSCAN LOGO. As soon as you see the PROSCAN logo RELEASE POWER, but CONTINUE holding VOLUME DOWN until you android robot laying on back with red exclamation hovering above (This is Debug/Bootloader/Safe Mode).
Step 2: HOLD POWER Button then quickly PRESS the VOLUME UP button right after, then release.. A Menu should appear (See Below)

Step 3: Use the VOLUME DOWN Button to get to OPTION 3 (factory reset. Press POWER BUTTON to Select Option 3. Another Menu appears, Select "Yes -- delete all user data". CAUTION: ALL DATA WILL BE LOST. PROCEED AT OWN WILL.
System will WIPE DATA, Format /data and /cache.
SELECT REBOOT SYSTEM NOW. DONE!
