If you cannot find the Provider Unlock Kode, then just ring your mobile provider Help Desk and request the code from them for your SIM card and phone number.
If you manage your mobile online, normally for Virgin Mobile, the PUK code is often available in the User facility pages.

first you have to show your IMEI no which is back side of mobile,while removing battery it will be shown,then you have to shown of service provider name.
if you buy any virgin mobile phone the lock code is always the last 4 digits of your cell number if you buy it used from someone then you have to either get the last for digits of their number or take it in to virgin mobile and have then change it for you
