SOURCE: husqvarna 345 chainsaw chain doesn't move freely and heats up
has the chain ever came off the saw?and i'm going to assume that it is the correct chain for the saw...reason i ask about the chain comming off the saw is that when it does the driver have a tendency to become nicked and will heat up the clutch because the saw is trying to drive the chain links through the chain slot.also you need to look at the drive sprocket to see if there is any wear on the teeth....also over tighting the chain will cause the clutch to heat up.

Your question can't be answered as aked.
If your saw requires an Intenz 14" Bar it's Oregon pns 140SDET041 or 140GPET041. Part number 140SDEA041 if not Intenz.

Once you get a part number it can easily be converted to other manufacturers numbers. HTH

Did the chain come off while at speed? The chain catcher causes burrs to form on the drive links when occurs. Without the catcher the spinning sharp chain contacts your leg. Were you wearing chaps? We don't need no stinking PPE!!!
Use a flat file on the drive link flats to remove the burrs.
Chain Adjustment

SOURCE: I took my new 445
According to my Husky selection catalog for 2009, the 445 saw does have an adjustable oil pump--it should be located on the under side near the chain return area. They are usually just a screw head that is level with case surface--turn it CCW to increase flow. I'm surprised that the flow rate could change that fast--perhaps the oil pumps are failing due to some manufacturing defect. If turning the adjustment doesn't improve things, take it back and select a different model. I'm surprised that Husky would allow such things to occur. Hope this helps!
