The voltmeter should read 29 volts when on. You should never replace one battery and leave an old battery in the chair. Replace them both at the same time.

Hi. Your machine probably has a fault, but I very much doubt that it needs reprogramming.
Are the free-wheel levers in the correct place? Is the machine displaying any fault codes, e.g. flashing LED's and what is the pattern or number of flashes between pauses?
Good luck. Neil.

SOURCE: JAZZY 1113 AFTER CHARGING 10

Mary yep Even though the batteries are charging they are not holding the charge to provide enough power for the chair. Usually you have one battery that is weak and causing the problem but both batteries must be replaced. If Medicare paid for your chair then they will pay for 80% of the new batteries. You can contact the provider that sold you your chair and ask if they can replace your batteries. If not, you can contact Repair Express @ 1-877-581-3733 or Roadrunner Mobility @ 1-800-467-2668 to have tech come out and repair the chair for you and they will bill Medicare for the cost of repair. Hope this helps

Jazzy 1113 power chair shows charged but control light is blicking. Chair will not move.

It appears that the controls are in Lock Mode. Unlocking Instructions depend on your type of controller. Go to PrideMobility.com to download the proper manuals for chair and controller.

My wheelchair shows full charge, 2 hours later, it is blinking and out of charge. This happens while I am at work and just setting at my desk. We had batteries tested and they are fine.

Pride has a problem with a battery cable that will draw down the batteries like you say just sitting there and I'm not sure if it is with the Jazzy 1113. I would contact Pride @ 1-800-800-8586 ask for Jazzy Tech support and explain your problem. They should be able to tell you more specifically what the problem could be. I still think the batteries can be a cause of your problem but the Jazzy folks can help Hope this helps

Jazzy 1113 Unit has a full charge, but won't move. Battery indicator LED's go from empty to charge a couple times then flash the red and yellow. Think it might be the throttle pot. If so is it possible to...

Go ahead and try this web site.It will give you the flash codes and narrow down your search to finding the problem.http://www.pgdt.com/scenter/diagnostics/diagvsi.html

The jazzy 1113 will not start, when you press the power button the speed light comes on gets full and then turns back off

How old are the batteries? If you've had them for a few years it might be time to change them. Even if batteries are charged correctly they eventually lose power with use and need to be changed. Here is a link to the battery needed for the Jazzy 1113 http://www.replacementupsbattery.com/UB12350-NB.html

My Jazzy won't move.

If your batteries are truly charge they should read around 24.5 VDC. And if the freewheel lever is engaged and you still have no movement your probably need to get into a service tech. Also check the circuit breaker on the chair.
