Where can I find a replacement ear hook for my Motorola h371 bluetooth headset?

Actually this device does not have the A2DP profile so is unable to play music.

Little buttons on side of headset. Typically the factory setting is for right ear. So volume button on top would be up volume and bottom would be lower volume.

The generic PIN (Which is what I'm guessing you need) for most bluetooth devices is either 0000, or 1234. Please try those and see if that solves your problem.

the passcode is 0000. hit the big button four times and it should work

The default pin for a bluetooth headset is 0000

The default passkey is 0000

I searched on google for motorola h700 and found plenty of sources? Amazon.com and others.

They do not make earhooks alone. You must send it back and they will replace the whole unit.

The ear hook on my H500 broke as well.  I called Motorola (866-289-6686) and they are mailing me a replacement.  Even though This bluetooth has a 1-year warranty.  I purchased mine in Jan. 2007 and was covered but the rep didn't verify anything regarding the purchase date so even if you're outside of your warranty, you might still give it a shot.
