Press the following buttons into the next order :
press MENU, then press # , then press 1-9-3-4
The LCD screen will show TECH .
Now you are in service mode.
For to change the " Dial Mode " after entering into " TECH " Mode you will need to enter " Data Setup " and then " Dial Mode " and the you can change it from " PULSE " into " TONE " mode.

Do this procedure to go back to user mode :
Press MENU , then press # , then press 1-9-3-4

If you mean JOB RESET then there is a button near the printer display. If you want to reset some PM call (for PCU or maintenance kit) you must enter the service mode(hold the two UP and DOWN arrows together for about 6 sec and then released it and press ENTER immediately). You will enter service mode . Choose 2. Engine and press ENTER. theh search for 7. DATA LOG and press enter. Then search for SP7804 PM_COUNT_CLEAR and then press enter. There you can reset what you want. Then press escape to main menu and exit

You need acces service progpam:
1. Press the clear modes key.
2. Enter 1-0-7.
3. Press the clear/stop key for more than 3 seconds untill the service program menu appears om the touch pamel display.
4. Enter in the service menu.
5. Turn OFF the power switch,unpluged cords,wait 10 sec,plugged cords then turn ON power switch.
