Hi. First of all did you have a code to tell you to replace the unit? I would like you to put the old unit back in and see if it lets you restart your printer. If it comes back up you have a problem with the new fuser you received. Take a few seconds to compare the unit and make sure all looks the same. If it's a remanufactured some times little things like tabs and the such get bent or broken. It should reset the counter when you set the new one was replaced. Hope this helped. I do get a little wordy at times
Okay Grehner, I suggest you to perform a complete alignment and cleaning/maintenance-service for this printer.ASAP...this will help you out with this particular problem during printing.
are you printing from Doc feeder or glas?? if from feeder then try to make a copy from the glass, does it still do it? yes problem is with drum. No? problem is with the small scanning glass to the left, look carefully see if any spots or lines on the 1inch glas --- clean it
If its showing drivers for a different machine then the first step should always be to completely remove and reinstall the drivers for the correct unit.

If you are using factory new ink or toner cartridges, then please call the manufacturer’s Technical Support for assistance with the warranty on the cartridges Don
