You can replace the light bulb(s) in your range/oven, though you may need to remove a glass covering or dome to reach it. Most interior oven lights use a universal 40 watt appliance bulb.

    The
glass domes can be bayonet fitting or sometimes a conventional clockwise
    thread.

Replace oven light bulb? magic chef wall oven

for model 9815xub, the oven light consists of a light bulb cover(clear plastic, sometimes called lens) the light bulb receptacle( pressure mounted against the back wall of the oven ) and the light bulb, standard appliance bulb that screws into the receptacle, the same as the lens, it also screws into the receptacle, twist counter clockwise to remove both the lens and the bulb. as a reference try the following site:
www.partselect.com/ and type your model number in the window, then click on the oven cavity breakdown to view thwe assembly.

How to change the oven light

jenn air usually hides the model number good lol if you open the door on the outer face of the oven might be a little grill where you can see inside and your model might be in there or it might be around the warming drawer if you have one
you need just a regular appliance 20v light bulb you can get at home depot or hARDWARE STORE  if you open the door on the back wall on the left or right upper hand side there is a glass bulb looking object , the material is thick glass/ plastic that just screws off lefty loosy right tighty once that is off you have access to the light bulb
if there is a little wire in front of the thick glass/plastic object just pull it up or down dont unhook it or break it off

Jenn-air microwave light bulb

This is an older (Mfgr. May, 1987) microwave oven. Functions perfectly, works an looks good to this day, just no light inside. I searched a couple of websites looking for parts for this unit and appliancepartspros.com provided schematics of the product that I own. From those drawings, it was determined that the microwave oven will have to be slid out of the cabinet above the built-in oven in order to change a $2.37, 40W light bulb. Just a handfull of scrws retaining the oven and exhaust baffles and I'll get it out (onmce the New Year's Eve hangover disappears). The engineer who designed a system like this must have been on an Acid Trip. I haven't looked closely at newer microwave ovens, but I'd have to believe changing a crummy light bulb would have to be made easier than this during the preliminary engineering phase of design.

Change light-bulb

You need to remove the whole oven from its cabinet (after switching off the electricity supply). Removing the doors first; (see http://www.youtube.com/user/Apart4u for videos of this) then remove the facia, which allows you access to the two restraining hooks near the top of the sides of the oven. With these slackened off (screws at the front) and pushed back, the oven can be slid out of its housing - be careful, it's heavy - onto a similar height workbench in front of the oven housing. Removing the wiring hatch (2 screws) and the rear panel (6 screws) gives access to the screw in bulb. Hope this helps :)
