I have same unit that is having problems this month. Was able to reach customer service at 8006453867 (number on the unit label). Got a ticked number and was told someone would get back to me about repairing or replacing. That was about an hour ago. Will wait and see. Do not have the original packaging, do not know the warranty period. Unit belongs to my roommate, I don't know when he purchased it. Think it was purchased at Walgreens. When did you purchase yours?
