Dear leanne the model code was better for understanding.however the on off light blinks indicate there is some error with the printer in general when waste ink full.paper jam inside.absence of cart. pl.check physically for paper path.ink cart. etc. thanks.

there is a sensor lever at middle of the engine base, under the toner cart. when the cart inserted it has to pushed half and other half is for paper jam-1 error.
Pl. check the lever-check the smps photo interrupter-check the mech alignment of the lever- also check the cart hold lever(left-right) pressure (found on top of the engine base).
well this is normally toner bottle gear is tight or micro electronic card is defected which you can see on toner cartridge but if them ok check socket where this micro card pin goes if connections r fine and u replace developer did calibration but still same prolem then u need to check the board if u have tested main board where toner connector goes jus swap hope fully will be ok let me know
black toner supply trouble, try a different toner cart, remember to shake the cart before installing. power the machine on and off, if the code is gone then it was the cart if it doesn't clear your service tech needs to see the machine.
14 NO EP CART Message
The printer detects the presence of the Toner Cartridge and the
level of toner present in the cartridge through the condition of the
ANTIN signal. The ANTIN signal becomes part of the serial data
stream used to communicate with the DC Controller (see Figure
7-5 for cartridge components). Troubleshoot the 14 NO EP CART
(or INSTALL TONER CARTRIDGE) message as follows:
1 reseat the Toner Cartridge. Try a new or known good Toner
Cartridge.
2 Check the High Voltage Contacts for damage. If the contacts
are dirty or damaged, clean the contacts after the repair.
3 Replace the High Voltage Power Supply.
4 Check and reseat the HVPS cable.
5 Replace the DC Controller

A problem with the Yellow Print cart. If you changed it recently try changing it again. If not the cart. then the unit may need a motor or board.
Error 1203 is basically a cartridge error. Try cleaning the contacts on the cart & in the cart carrier, reseat the carts & then power off the printer. while holdin down the stop clear button, rebrick the power chord.
