You must first find the rule of the sequence. In this case it is quite simple: If U_n is the general term then

With the last relation you should be able to deduce the 40th term or any term for that matter. I leave that for you to do.

Explain how a working relationship is different from a personal relationship

Hello there!

A "working relationship" would (usually) refer to a situation where you've become acquainted with a person in a workplace environment.. when the majority of your communication / interactions with the individual are usually work-related, and don't involve any "deep, personal feelings", which could possibly hinder you in going about your workday.

A "personal relationship" would be when you've met a person in a casual setting, or a chance encounter.. You both start talking and find that you either share a lot of interests / hobbies in common or that you really just feel very close and comfortable around this individual.. A relationship like this could likely lead to a life-long friendship, or perhaps a marriage, etc.

This is not to say that a "working and personal" relationship can both happen at the same time.. on the contrary, there are a LOT of great friendships, partnerships and marriages which have started due to working with someone.. over time, a closer bond is formed with a person from working closely with them.. you get to know them simply from interacting with them on a daily basis, etc.

I hope this helps! I wish you the best!

When i try and print it say's paper jam all the time .

Great job on removing the paper jam and trying it with a different paper. If you have already tried using different media, using 1sheet or multiple sheets on the feeder but still no difference, most probably a mechanism problem in the printer. If this is the case, I strongly suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support to further investigate the problem. A 6-month old printer shouldn't cause you that much trouble.

Whats a difference between timing belt and drive belt , for my 2004 Elantra Hyundai cernter is asking to change the drive belt and flush the Hyd oil, car has 53,000 miles on it

a drive belt refers to belt driven items like alternator, power steering, water pumps and the like.

A timing belt is cogged to precicely hold the relationship between the crankshaft and the valve train. Timing belts are usually located within covers, as the loss or damage to this belt exposes engine damage and failure.
