I have a D.V.R.H. 264 model DVR with 8 cameras. I put a password in and forgot what it is. Now I cannot get into the system components. I tried removing the battey, but it did notwork. How do I reset the password?

Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
Admin and Passwords come as default. If you changed it and forgot, try unplugging the DVR and restarting. You can also still open the settings and try to re- factory the DVR if the settings permit. Next, I have to assume that you got the Booklet or the email or URL addresses to download same.
There is in the hand book the default password as the User name:password and the Password #'s 1-6. Good luck.
