Looking for cu. ft. info on fridge - hotpoint

The third digit after the period usually indicates the capacity of newer Kenmore refrigerators. Since this is a bottom freezer with two door refigerator, it's probably a 20 cu. ft. model. If you have the original documentation, the energy efficiency label will have the capacity listed.

I hope this helps. To check, use a measuring tape to get the height, depth and width. Multiply the values together. If you measured in inches, divide by 1728 (12 x 12 x 12) to convert cu. in. to cu. ft.

If you no longer have the manual that came with it, you can always measure the dimensions internally and do the math to calculate the cu ft capacity. Do do this multiply all the measurements together. Then write that down. Take and multiple 12*12*12 and write that number down. Take first number and devide second by it. That should tell you the cu ft capacity of your oven or whatever you want to determine.

Looks to me like a 7 cu ft model whirlpool type dryer with filter in the top (very dependable for over 50 years) this one is around 10 years old and is one of the best out there.

I couldn't find that info but it's sometimes on your model/serial tag inside the fridge. I'm guessing from the model # that it's a 15 cube.

Hi Gareth. I fitted a door to my Hotpoint hsz2321L today. I used self tapping screws through the brackets into the fridge door sides. Looking at the old fridge that came out showed that this was the method used previously. No seal is broken and so the fridge is working perfectly. I do have an issue re-fitting the door onto the new fridge though. The pivot hinge on my fridge doesnt give enough clearance and so it catches on the unit at the side of it. The old fridge (a Bosch) cad cabinet hinges that would sort of concertina out to give clearence. Anyway, good luck.
