When i connect sony nw-e003f to laptop it says unknown device

I hade just that prob. "format error" used to display. I did this:
1. dwl sonicStage (free)
2.- in the walkman went to menu/initialize/format
then displayed a confirmation screen, I confirmed
it displayed "formating...... COMPLETE"
3.- THEN plugged into the PC and transfered songs with Sonic
and it worked!

it contain a music file but cannot play it

my sony walkman NW-E013 keeps saying NO DATA even after i put music on to it?

eu tam bem formatei meu Walkman da Sony Problema com o Sony Network Walkman NW-E005 2 GB MP3 Player Eu formatei meu sony walkman modelo NW-E003f.and agora ele diz que n data.what posso corrigir isso?
