Need more info. Are you outside the USA? Netflix is blocked outside the USA. Check your network connections and make sure the BD is connected to the internet.
After reading through the specs for your player, it doesn't look like it has a native App for Netflix. It may be using a Blu-ray live interface to get you to Netflix that requires authentication every time. Sorry :(
The photo you put suggests a Samsung BD-P1500 Blu-Ray player which doesn't appear to have Netflix Streaming built in to the player. it seems that samsung is posting it's firm updates online @ samsung.com i had same problem with my BD-UP5000 its connected to the internet when i go to the menue to update on the bluray player it said i had the latest update went online and found a new firmware on there web site, check samsung web site
i have the same problem here, have a BD-P1200 and have been trying to find a code to use the samsung tv remote to control the Blu-Ray. The remote controls the DVD player but there is no code for Blu Ray!
