Solution based in assumption that the laptop is connected to the internet
> Go to run type cmd
> In the dos window type "ping www.google.com"
> look for packets sent and recieved
> If packets recieved is 4 then try a different browser
> If packets recieved is 0 then you are not connected to the internet

I cant remember this one, can you copy me the original post so i can go over what i tried before.
It could be a resolution problems if the HDTV is too big or you may need to adkust you graphics hardware excelerater.
Your just trying to get your display to mirror to the HDTV right? Are you getting any display at all on the HDTV fromt eh laptop?

check for the necessary ip addressing formats as well as if any DNS server addresses are required to connect to the network
if all is fine then try
right click on the network icon click on repair
try surfing if still not able to surf try the steps a couple of times

Have you tried to connect using the same internet connection at all times? (sorry, just to be sure). Try to dissable the adapter via device manager, restart the computer and once windows is fully loaded up, re-enable it. If it did not fix it, look for the latest drivers in the laptop manufacturer's web site and install them. That should get it fixed. Good luck.
