I drive the car from three minutes and it beeps for two seconds straight... I can hardly hear the radio because it beeps every three minutes unless i am driving fast on the interstate.

I don't know what your beeping noise sound but I know that the front n back brake pads have a warning devices the squels that is telling you it needs brake you might want to have the brake check that might be the problem good luck
Beeping with no lights on normally means a dis-connected wire to the oil pressure sender. Check the connection to the oil pressure sender and the wire too for internal damage.
Mine did the same thing. I had the battery replaced on the controller.and it still beeped. Then I took my key and put it in the ignition, without turning the key and took it out. Did this like 6 times and the long beep finally stopped.
Ok, so are you saying NO LIGHTS come on to tell you what issue is on the dash? The beeping you hear is a low oil pressure warning beep. Its telling you that you are either low on oil or that the oil pump is not delivering oil properly to the motor (car is sensing low oil pressure but on these cars there is no oil pressure gauge on dash to look at). Check your oil level and make sure you are not low. Best time is in morning on flat surface start car and let run 5 minutes. Stop car, let sit 5 minutes and then pull dipstick and check level. Also make sure you are using the correct oil and viscosity for this motor. VW's require VW certified oil and a certain viscosity. You can go to www.mobil1.com to find the correct oil available in the states for your vehicle. Too thin or too thick a viscosity could cause similar issue. Otherwise please clarify the light comment as I have never heard of the lights coming on automatically after a beeping noise and I will research.
Bring this vehicle into a shop as soon as possible. The beeping noise may be your oil pressure switch telling you there is a problem. Pretty soon the vehicle may not start. I'm not sure if this sensor is tied into ignition system.
i have same issue with my 01 does it when you first start the car and about 30 minutes after driving found online it is my airbag light in dash is blown havent changed it yet so im not sure
