33 mm camera photos develop with pinkish green overtone

Shooting, with a lens pointing to the sun is always risky for the camera. It could damage the sensor. But with a ND filter, perhaps this could. Then when you are shooting in automatic and just jpg, the camera will try to set the white balance, so the sun comes out bright white. It was the brightest spot in the frame. If you shot RAW you could be better off, because the camera did not change anything to the white balance in rte RAW picture. At least you would be able to restore the colour in a photo editor program like Lightroom or Photoshop RAW.
In extreem light conditions, never use the camera in auto. Only when the camera offers scene mode for that condition, you could use that.

That means the backlight on your LCD display is on its last legs. I say that but I have had laptops with the pink screen that lasted like that for over a year. Or, it might go dark tomorrow. It is not the inverter, which is an easy fix. Only a replacement of the backlight (a flourescent tube built into the display panel) will fix it. So Replace the backlight at repair shops...THANK YOU

I'm sorry, but in this case there isn't much more to do than to Trade up. Since this model is no longer repaired due to spare parts shortage.

Melted shadowed and blurred pinkish pictures are symptom of defective CCD sensor.

The CCD sensor is the devices that captures light to generate picture. In your camera this part is faulty and must be replaced.

the photo capacity of a 64mb card will depend on the quality of the photos taken.

for a low quality photo it will be approx 90-150kb a shot so you can probably store 125-150 photos on it.

for a high quality photo it will be approx 750kb a shot so you probably can store 80-90 photos on it.

Call canon for Free Repairs it is a known manufac fault in thousands of cameras , dont worry just call them see this for info on this problem

I have similar problem.highlights overexposed,with streaks of pixels running vertically.overall pinkish hue

Had a similar problem with my casio -- it is probably the sensor.

Probably covered under warranty. If out of warranty, it is probably too expensive to repair.

Just got a quote on my Nikon s200 of $193 to ix a "lens error." Good news is prices have fallen to $129 at jr.com.
