NCP stands for Network Call Processor. There is a problem with communication. Since your server is running, reset your router (disconnect power, wait a few minutes, then reconnect) that supports your IP phone.

This means that the phone and the NCP (Network Call Processor) in the phone system aren't communicating with each other. Multiple problems can cause this. Things to check:
1. Network cable - Is it plugged in, and to the right port?
2. Phone died
3. Is there an available license? (3100 series phones)
4. Is there a network switch problem causing a loss of communication through whatever switch that the phone is plugged into.

>first insert cd for your printer sw then right click cd drive to open the contents of the cd
>look for util folder and open it
>look for ccc folder
>under ccc folder look for uninstall l2/l2 uninstall
>unplug the usb then double click uninstall l2, follow instructions
>it may ask for you to restart your pc
>afterwards run again the sw then wait for the prompt to plug in the usb

go to "bios settings" by pressing "delete" key or F2 at the system start up time .. after going in to bios then search for the options load optimal defaults ....then save it and exit ..
after that restart ...

now have a check if your problem persists then the processor which you have choosed might not support the motherboard specification the frequency of the processor is higher than the specified rate .. check here for the details of the processor which supports your motherboard

okay, try this, turn off the jabra headset, and then, hold the power button but hold it down until the lights flash in a different way, and make ur phone search for devices and if it finds it then its all good, just use the 0000 password to pair it.if this works give me a fix rate. thank U
