go settings in the phone look for media streaming and turn it on.

The spinning circle is the video trying to load. This could be due to low internet speed or bad wi-fi strength. Try pausing the video. If you see the grey bar at the bottom let it load for a bit before un-pausing the video. Hope that helps

It's buffering. Perhaps it's the bandwith. I know my little hotspot sputters out when I try to use Netflix. I watched a 2 hr movie in 5 hrs (I wish I was exaggerating). Try testing your connection speed. You want no less than 15 bps (bits per second). My hotspot (that I finally chucked) had the average speed of 1 bps. Just google "Connection speed tester" and pick which ever one you like.

hey mforcer so to me it sounds like its the game itself and if the sound comes on and then stops well then you need get a new movie player and try not to play them at the same time also dont play your games on anyone else consoles because that will ruin them ok thanks
