I have a Sony Cyber-shot 2.0 mega pixels digital camera, and needed to get a larger capacity memory stick (I had 8MB and 16MB only), so I went to Best Buy and the guy there sold me a Sony Memory Stick PRO Duo, 2GB, model# MS-MT2G. When I inserted it in my camera, I get "Memory Stick Error" with the numbers "C:13:01". Can you help me figure out what to do? Thanks.

The Sony DSC-S75 will only accept a maximum 128MB memory Stick. I know it accepts the original sticks am still waiting to see if it will accept the PRO sticks.

I need the memory stick number to my dcr-trv18 what memory stick do i need

Your camcorder uses the original Sony memory sticks in the following capacities:
4Mb, 8Mb, 16Mb, 32Mb, 64Mb and 128Mb. All but the 128Mb have been discontinued. You can look online for the 128Mb memory stick from many vendors. You may find the other ones from E-bay.

Sony cyber shot 7.2 Carl Zeiss transfer pics on memory card

No.
Take the memory stick out of the camera then connect to the computer. You can then transfer the pictures from the camera to the computer.
Alternatively, use the camera's copy command to copy the pictures from the internal memory to the memory stick.

Only lets me take 26 photos with a 16mb memory stick

the 16 mb card is pretty small -you can buy a 250 mb card which may fix your problem. Also, some digital camera have a built in memory which permits you to take pictures with no memory stick in the camera, but these are always small capaciity. Maybe you need to switch from internal memory to memory stick in your camera settings.

Problem with a memory stick

You need to format the memory card within the camera, else you will receive this error.
