I would change the interlock switch under the door catch. They do intermittant things like this when contaminated.

There will be more than one fuse. One will be on the main printed circuit board near where the supply wires connect, The other will be the HV fuse in the magnetron circuit.

If you do not have the right test instruments then don't try this repair yourself. The magnetron circuit can deliver a lethal shock even when the oven is not plugged in to the wall.

It may be uneconomical to have it repaired, given the cost of new ones, so get a quote before going ahead.

First check is the main fuse of the unit. On countertop units, you will need to take the shell off. The fuse will be close to where the cord comes through into the unit. OTR units, this main fuse is usually behind the control panel or possibly behind the vent. Usually the fuse is obvious if blown, otherwise test with an OHM meter, if open, replace fuse.
Some brands will also have a thermal cut-off fuse in the incoming voltage line to the control board. Older Maytags and Samsungs have this fuse in it. This thermostat looking fuse is usually above the oven cavity somewhere under the outside shell. Sometimes you can get to it through the vent of OTR models. Test with an OHM meter, replace if open.

There is a fuse found behind the upper grill, it is likely a 20amp fuse.
If the fuse has blown, it is likely that the door safety switches need to be replaced.
Change the fuse (unplug the micro first) and continue using. If the fuse blows again, have it serviced by a qualified service person.

There is a fuse inside the microwave oven but i don't recommend opening the oven and changing it. There are high voltages inside even when the oven is disconnected from the mains.
But if you are careful enough, you can change it. If it has a electronic control (With a digital display) maybe there is another fuse on the controller board, near the front panel.
Before even opening the oven, make sure it doesn't work on another power outlet.
And make sure you change it with the same type and rating of fuse!

Did you change the diode as well, if not you need to change it if there nothing wrong problem is a bad magnetron

A microwave casing can be removed and almost full access to the electronics with about 6 screws.... make sure to unplug it from the wall first.
