The LCD chips in your TV set burned out the only one working is the blue chip that is the reason everything is that color.
You need to replace the optical block in that TV set to fix the problem.

What you have there is referred to as white balance... The Overall White Balance May Suddenly Change And Become More Red, Green, Or Blue Depending On Which Crt Has Been Affected. During Turn Off A Crt Might Arc, Causing D304 (Red), D331 (Green) D361 (Blue) Damage And Leak Changing Cutoff Levels. Replace Diodes With Panasonic Kit # Txask02gser. Kit Contains 3 Diodes And 3 100k Resistors. Install New Diode And Resistor In Series In Place Of Old Diode. Install Annode In Crt Socket Where The Old Annode Was. Then Connect Resistor To Cathode End, Other End Of Resistor Goes Into Pcb Where The Old Diode Cathode Was.
A job like this in my shop we charge $280.00 dollars plus tax which includes the kit... Also a pickup/delivery fee if we have to go and get the unit...

there are so many technologies for the projection tv's ever one has their own caracteristic faults with out you mention the technoligy used on your tv will be deficult to help you but assuming is a lcd projection you must have a problem with the optical block the repair will be expesive if you do not have a manufactuer warranty for it
