I don't know a ton about RV parts so I can't tell you the number offhand, but I would imagine that a mechanic who knows how to work on RVs might be able to help you. You didn't indicate a Spec number for your gen that would be required. Any RV place can get this part it is Cummins part # 149-2513 but a Spec number would help.

Is it only when a load is on the unit? I am assuming the voltage output os correct and the HVAC is working properly on shore power and does not have a locked compressor. If it does there is too much demand on the generator and it cannot govern, if the HVAC and ouplut voltages are all good, make sure you have the right weight oil and level in. It sounds like a governor issue, or the engine is mechanically not provifing enough HP. More than likely a governor issue
