To clear memory(which i must warn will clear everthing) first press function then press the number 9,next press * (asterict) then press the number 8 then press the # key then 7 key, press start, you should see a ram version on screen,then press start again,next press # key untill it say's memory clear,press start and it should say memory clear.

On Nikon cameras this isn't normally an error code. Have you got a memory card in the camera? Check that it isn't nearly full.
r07 common comes up as an information prompt referring to the memory space in the camera. '07' being 7 shots remaining.
If the card isn't full try this. Turn the camera off. Remove the battery. Remove the memory card. Leave it like that for at least 15 minutes. Connect the memory card to a computer or a laptop and check you can still look at and move the images that are on there. This is to check the memory card isn't corrupted (developed a fault).
If your photos are stored o a SD memory card then trmove the memeory card from your cell phone and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Plug the USB card reader into the USB port of a working computer. The computer will see the memory card as an external storage device. You can open the pholder on the memory card that contains the photos and copy the photos to your computer.
This is because your internal phone memory is getting full. Try deleting some media (not on your memory card) from your phone. Clear browser history and cache. If it is still running slow try doing a full factory restore (usually involves erasing all your data and contacts so make sure you back them up.)

Take out memory card from camera, format internal memory to delete all pictures at once or delete them one by one. Once memory card is inserted in camera, internal memory is no longer available to store/ delete pictures so remove memory card from camera to get access to internal memory.
have you checked your memory space? removing the messages may still not have given it enough if you have media related files on your cell phone look in the phone settings there should be something on the memory you may need to delete some music or something. best of luck. yours, LoLuMaD
Plug your camera into your computer. You will have two removable drives. One for the internal memory of your camera as well as the memory card. If you press My computer in Windows you will see two removeable drive devices.
