1.Go to www.acer.com, 2. Select your Country/Continent 3. Look at the top of the page and click "Service and Support" 4. Look by the left side of the page, and click "Driver download" 5. Under Product family, Select 'Notebook 6. Under Product line, select "Travelmate" 7. Select your laptop model and a list of all your laptop's driver will come up.
You will find the exact multimedia audio driver for your Acer laptop and all you need to do is "Download" and that would be all.
try update it using online on device manager has yellow question mark or still can't get for driver go to the manufacture site of your multimedia audio try google it for site of manufacture then look for update driver for your audio . Hope this help you out ^_^
because the audio driver is not installed so it is looking for multimedia audio controller...
while the purchase of the laptop they will provide a manufacture cd which contains the drivers you must install from that ..

i install audio driver but not able to control volume and saw in taskmanager that a yellow mark is on multimedia audio controller .then i install this HD audio drver from realtek at it is working.
