I have an Old Lang EHS-T convection oven and need to replace the element. The part # is 2n-11090-24. I'm having difficulty finding this part. Is there a substitute I can use for this element?

Once after checking that the specs are the same the parts can be used in different equipment despite the various brands the spec are what is important alone with the dimenssion so that it can fit

I'm searching for manual for the Blodgett CTBR-1 Convection Electric Oven. Serial number 072798MAO18S.

Some Blodgett manuals are available here: http://www.blodgett.com/library/ . Just scroll down to the Convection section (or use your browser's find command <Ctrl>+F).

The link to the English manual for the CTB/CTBR is http://www.blodgett.com/wp-content/uploads/CTB-man-english.pdf . The CTBR product page also has links to the literature here: http://www.blodgett.com/blodgett_products/ctb/ . The CTBR-1 is not listed separately.

I hope this helps.

I have a Blodgette/Zephaire Convection Oven. I need a part# for a conversion kit from nat gas to propane. Model# Zephaire-G-L.

I went online to the Blodgette Company. I went to service request and asked the same question. I recieved an answer via e-mail, the items and part numbers need. I then contacted a local distributor for the items needed.

Convection fan

This is caused by a faulty wiring connector. It is a gray iec type connector there will be 8 wirs connected on each side of it. You can get a replacement from blodgett directly. Or what I have done is to eliminate the block using solderless **** connectors.
