How do I set up and use speed dial on a Toshiba dkt2010-sd

With a DKT 2xx0, you're probably on a DK-XX system
Try these steps
Leave phone on hook
Press REDIAL
Press SPEED DIAL
Enter Speed Dial Bin Number:
(Small system is 10-49 personal, 60-99 system-wide)
(Medium system is 10-49 personal, 600 - 699 system-wide)
(Large system is 100-139 personal, 200-999 system-wide)
Enter phone number
Press REDIAL to lock in number

If you're on a CiX system:
Press #9876
Press SPEED DIAL
Press Bin Number 100-199
Enter phone number
Press Speed Dial
Lift handset to lock in

Changing the time on a Strata DK system must be done from the "main" or primary phone. It is usually extension # 10, or # 200. 1.- With the phone on-hook, dial intercom, #, 652 (depending on the system type, the # may or may not apply) 2.- Enter the correct time using HH/MM/SS, like 07:24:00 3.- Press redial As far as the system manual goes, I'll need to know the type of system you have. Toshiba DKT2010's work with a number fo different Toshiba systems. To find out, go to where the phone system is located and look at the top corner. It should have a number designation there such as DK 40i or DK280 etc.

it depend on the system, but usually on the main phone Ext:10 or 200 press redial then speed dial then "BIN" number ( 10-49 for user 60-99 on system dials or 600-699 for large system dials) then type the number with 9 in front if you dial that to dial out .. finish by pressing redial.

Do you have a display phone? does it say something like CF/NA to XXX in the top? If it does press Intercom #603 then the XXX from above press Speed Dial then the number of seconds to wait usually 24 then press redial. If it does not have that displayed it is adjusted through voice mail programming. the admin program and guides for your phone can be found here

what system u using??if DK series go to phone port number "000" (at phone press Intercom #401 to check port), check at every phone with display phone.
- to set speed dial press REDIAL SPEED DIAL standard speed dial code 60 or 600, follow by 9+destination number, REDIAL to confirm.
- to call press speed dial + code or press * + speed dial code (*60 / *600)
- if CTX/CIX must set at adminsrater phone. #66, speed dial code number (200-999), 9 follow destination number #
- to dial press *200...

OK, model on bottom of phone is DKT2010-SD, but I found a little cheat card in a file for a STRATA DK8 & DK16 so I used a combination of things. First pick up handset and then hit intercom button, # 652 (for time or #651 for date) and enter time in HHMMSS (hour, minute, second) format, once complete hit the redial button.

Most Toshiba phone systems require the Date and Time be changed from port 000 or the receptionist phone. You can verify the port of the Recpt. phone by pressing the DN key and dialing # 402, the display should give you the logical and physical port of the phone you are using. After finding port 000 then press DN and dial # 652 ( for time ) and enter time in a 24 hr format including seconds, HH:MM:SS then press SDS, REDIAL. Good Luck, .....Mitelmike
