Hi, our Whirlpool Super Capacity 465 model RF386PXE after it reaches desired tempature will often begin locking and unlocking for self-cleaning and an ER1 F2 code will appear. Rebooted circuit breaker but still occurs more than not. Can anyone tell me what the error code means and how to fix it? Big thanks in advance from Pennsylvania home!

Check the operation of the micro switches on the lock motor. that they are open when they should be and closed when they should be. often they need to be cleaned or replaced. if this doesnt help re post there is some board work to do, i would suggest a tech do this part though. always unplug range when you work on them! good luck.

Our Jenn Air Wall Oven unit begins beeping and displaying an F1 and F7 once the oven reaches the preset temperature. I reset breaker and oven is fine until next time we use it. Any ideas?

Same problems . We moved into a new apartment with the Whirlpool 465 Flattop Burner (Electric). First thing is we get these error messages ER1 / F2. Second of all the over when we set the time and temp, we will watch the burners get red and then shut off. Then we get the error messages and it starts to beep. Even when we turn it off it still frigging beeps. Please can someone tell us where to find the manual online for this.
