STEPS TO VERIFY ISSUE:

Turn the home circuit breaker to the unit off for 30 seconds then back on again. Then retest the unit operation.Or contact the maker direct. They are expensive units and in my experience, if you get 2 years out of them in a commercial setting, you are lucky!

1. For error code E9 or E09 on an Induction Cooktop, disconnect power for 10 seconds.
2. Turn back on again then retest the unit operation.

Try resetting the unit by turning your circuit breaker off and back on.

I have Bajaj Induction Cooker MAJESTY ICX 2 model. While it is working suddenly the display shows E4 and heating stopped. the on/off switch also not functioning. Pl. tell me how I will repair the cooker and what spares are required for repairing.

If its a Rangemaster induction cooker, I had the same problem and its caused by a Loose or faulty PT sensor under the glass, you need a qualified engineer to rectify it.
