Hello, I am in a holiday apartment in France and used the Whirlpool AWO9963 washing machine that's in the apartment. Unfortunately, after finishing the washing cycle, the door remains locked, and my clothes are stuck therein. I very much would appreciate any immediate support as otherwise I might have to go to important meetings naked...

These are names used by Whirlpool for wash programs. Magic 40 is a 1 hour program which washes at 40 degrees, 3-4 Kg of fabrics, for heavy duty cleaning.

Chrono 30 is a short 30 minute program for lightly soiled or dusty clothes.

These seem to occur in Whirlpool machines sold in France.

In my list for Whirlpool, 'F13' stands for 'Dispenser circuit error' - requiring a service engineer's attention I suggest. Sorry ;-0(

Error code 5d/Sd means suds have been detected. To solve this problem you have to take the bottom front panel apart and then clean the drain filter pump assembly completely, make sure the washer is unplugged before working on it. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Whirlpool 'F22' decodes as 'control unit failure' which unfortunately is not normally something which could be fixed by the user.
I fear the only answer is to call for repair, sorry ;-0(

You must use HE and very sparingly. This washer only uses a tiny amount of water. Too much soap will give it fits. Here is your service manual

Most likely your water pump is blocked. I don't know where to find a parts brake down for this, as this model is not listed over here across the pond, but from the photo I found it appears that there may be an access door to a filter on the lower right side of the machine.

sounds like timer hanging or bad timer motor ..in either case only solution replace timer
