I initially use opera in browsing then i change the memory card and resend the opera which i was using before yet it can browse

Internet access via cellular provider is more and more popular, but the cellular Internet plans offered by many providers are expensive. There are a few alternatives to cellular Internet plans, including using your mobile phone as a modem. This process is called "tethering" and allows you to connect to the Internet through a dial-up connection in your phone. With the right equipment and technique, you can use your LG Vu CU920 with a USB cable to connect to the Internet.Log on to the LG website and download the modem driver for the Vu CU920 to your computer's desktop.

  • 2 Install the modem driver by double-clicking on the program icon on your desktop. Follow the instructions in the install wizard until it is complete.
  • 3 Plug a LG Vu CU920 USB cable from your LG Vu CU920 into an empty USB jack in your computer.
  • 4 Click the "Start" menu and select "Control Panel."
  • 5 Click "Network and Sharing Center," then click "Set up a Connection or Network."
  • 6 Click "Set up a Dial-up Connection." This will open up a window where you can enter your LG Vu CU920's information.
  • 7 Type the cellular dial-up connection number in the Dial-up Phone Number field. This number differs between each cellular provider. Contact your cellular provider to get the number that it uses for this sort of connection. Leave the username and password blank. If you like, you can enter a name for the connection in the "Connection Name" field.
  • 8 Click "Connect" to connect to the new network connection.

    Lg vue jailbreak?

    Steps i used:

1: open youtube.com and search "lg vu themes"
    2: open another with lg-vu.com

use the youtube tutorial with lg-vu.com and just follow EXACTLY.

some things are not explained, like instead of his first download you need the 32 or 64 bit usb modem driver

also you MUST buy a USB data cable, afterwards just follow along and i hope this helps you. You should finally be able to sync and skin/theme etc....LG has failed its large spending customers again

good luck guys, this worked for my wife's phone

    LG Vu CU915, poor reception

Press 277634#*# - then Modem Setting - then Network Mode - then Network Mode - then select 2G Only. This will turn off 3G and you will now be using 2G or Extended Network. Either or, I used to have the same problem, but after making that simple change I have an extra "bar" on my phone.
