Keeps saying turn off message with new batteries

Call your phone company and ask them to reset your voicemail.

Also pull the battery out of the phone while the phone is turned on. Walit 30 seconds and put the battery back in and start the phone.

i just got mine yesterday and after sending one message it told me that and i couldnt write any other messages. what ive noticed is that when you open up a new message to reply to one and then another message comes in ignore it bc it seems to be when u try doing 2 things at once it messes up. if you turn off or take the battery out it fixes it...but that can be kind of annoyingso if u figure it out let us know

what is the message you getting?

if it is to press F1 key to contiune then u need to replace ur cmos battery. you will find the battery on ur mother board, if there is no battery then you need to buy a new battery .

Are you sure that there are not any tabs that are keeping a connection from happening?

Have you opened the battery case and made sure the connectors have been made?

Is it possible that you have an old system and the battery is no longer good? If so, you may need to order a new battery.

The most likely reason is that the backup battery is drained. Change the backup battery. When you get the Ram Cleared message, just press [CLEAR] to erase the message and start using the calculator.

I'm an English guy with the same problem... What you do is keep the power on for a long time, or you charge it up with the charger. Trust me. However, it is very rare for this to occur. There should be a message saying: "Temperature is too low, keep power on." There should be another message reading: "Turn off power and turn on again to check if camera is fully-functional.
