I need a free manual which did not come with the purchased product

An operating manual did not come with my purchase of a new Garmin Nuvi 760 GPS Navagator. Trying to browze for what i want is very awkward and time wasting without a manual for a guide. Thank you in advance, Sincerely, Bill Edens

    i bought a gps 760 from coscto it did not have a manual could you send me a manual? if not i will have to return it too coscto thanks.

You have to go to GARMINS web site and download the map updater program called Garmin Download Manager. to your pc - then put it on the Garmin.

Here is the download page with many of the Garmin features - I have found Garmin very good about this.

Hi, my 760 had the same problem, and a stutter when speaking street names. I fixed both by upgrading the software to v4.60 using the Garmin Webupdater.
