Xerox DC12 Fiery EX12 Print missalignment

I have a many problems with making my DC 12 printing just what is on the print preview of my Design Software. I even printed from Powerpoint and everytime the printout is moved about half an inch. This is all trays, even tray 5. I used the tray aligment tool in the fiery station and everything looks to be ok, but as soon as I print from the software, the printout is off. I can change the settings in some software, but others do not have a customized printing setup. Hope you guys can help. Thanks

I am able to see only the date, month and year on the screen and further nothing is moving or printing,,,,,not able to boot,,,,,,pl advise such suggestions to over come......this is most urgent......you can reply on [email protected] many thanks

Yor probles is caused for a pour conection from the fiery with the printer. Check disconecting and conecting again both conectors printer and scanner

Check on the Fiery to see if Bonjour is enabled. I often have the same problems on Mac and it seems that once I enable Bonjour, all is good!!

caopy can be set by NVm Code 720-001 for side A
720-002 for Side B
please note down initial values before changing it

Xerox Docucolor 12 copier doesn't print when sending to FieryEX12

There is no 1 part that deals with this issue i'm afraid. The copy from the glass uses all the boards in the same path that a print uses. It definately rules out the machine fault. I would guess that the machine isn't set up properly to receive these fierys. Just make sure all connections are secure, if not try other cables.

could be a few things, the ips pwb in the machine might be faulty, which can cause these types of issues, a driver issue woth the video boards on the fiery, or other pwbs on the machine itself. You would have to run the machine for a while on another fiery to make sure no other faults occur before condemning the machine or the fiery

Problems need to be solve on DC1250

IF I were you I would call Xerox and tell them if they have software for the service pack three and see if they ( Xerox ) experienced Conflicts with this software first , Strat there then my next step is to actually delete the drivers for the Xerox DC-12 and re-install it. see if this solves your problem
